If anyone wants to know which section I copied, it was this: I did the same as you and it worked! I couldn't be bovverd to explain everything so I copied and pasted some of the post above and tweaked specific details in it that applied to me and sent it to /support and about 12 hours later I was contacted by the Roblox support team letting me know it was fixed. Now Roblox is gonna charge me money again and I don't know what to do help.Īfter following the instructions ( even done it in multiple accounts but same result ) Waited to see if the other subscription would go away, it didn't.
TLDR: Roblox said I have multiple subscriptions, followed the instructions but nothing showed to cancel the other subscription. Does anybody know what I can do? This has really been bothering me.
Now that it's march I still am not able to cancel it because it still only shows "you have multiple subscriptions" thing, I'm worried that this will go on forever and I need it to stop so Roblox can stop taking money from me. I also checked my other accounts to see if I subscribed it on the other accounts but nothing was found, I waited for a bit to see if the other subscription would go away since I assumed that it would but I was wrong. I've been trying to cancel my Roblox premium back in February, It said "You have multiple subscriptions, your subscription will renew on " along with a link saying that I should follow the instructions, I clicked the link to the google play website and attempted to cancel it but nothing was shown.
